Learning Petrykivka painting, a traditional Ukrainian art form

The Dolyna Ukrainian Cultural Society continues a long tradition of sharing our Ukrainian culture in Kelowna, B.C. Canada.  Our classes are held at 1935 Barlee Rd. Kelowna, located in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

We are a registered non profit society incorporated June, 2009.

Our goal is to promote Ukrainian culture and traditions in our community. To accomplish this we offer a regular program of dance and culture for students from 4 years old to adult. Dolyna Dancers offer dance at preschool, junior, intermediate, senior and adult levels. Culture classes are offered every Tuesday evening.  Each year we host Malanka, a traditional Ukrainian New Year's celebration. Our year end concert occurs in May at the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Other Ukrainian events are offered and/ or promoted throughout the year.  We welcome all people who wish to learn more about Ukrainian culture to join us each Tuesday/ Thursday evening at the Ukrainian Orthodox Hall located at 1935 Barlee Rd. in downtown Kelowna. Join us in sharing our culture in a fun loving family atmosphere!
